Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
This Trebbiano Spoletino shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of
straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing
and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, plum and grapefruit
followed by aromas of peach, broom, hawthorn, pear and vanilla. The mouth
has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by
alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent
with flavors of apple, plum and peach. This Trebbiano Spoletino ages in
cask for 10 months followed by aromas of 3 months of aging in bottle. |
