Corvo Bianco shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing
aromas which start with hints of apple, plum and hawthorn followed by
aromas of peach, lemon and pear. The mouth has good correspondence to the
nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense
flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of apple, pear and
peach. Corvo Bianco ages in steel tanks. |

Nice and refreshing white wine. Simple and straight, this wine from sicily gives good aromas to the nose and a lively acidity in the mouth. Apple, pear and almond are the main aromas. Good finish.
