Score: ✧✧✧ |
This Montefalco Bianco shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and
nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense,
clean and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, plum and hawthorn
followed by aromas of pear, peach and broom. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple,
plum and pear. This Montefalco Bianco ages for 4 months in steel tanks. |
