(Umbria) This Grechetto shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of apple, plum and hazelnut followed by aromas of hawthorn, pear, broom and pineapple. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and hazelnut. This Grechetto ages in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 14.5%

Pasta with meat, Mushroom soups, Stuffed pasta, Sauteed meat, Broiled fish
