Jazz shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of garnet red, little
transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas
which start with hints of black currant, black cherry and plum followed by
aromas of violet, tobacco, vanilla, cocoa, eucalyptus, mace and hints of
bell pepper. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack
and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing
roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of black currant, black
cherry and plum. Jazz ages for 18 months in barrique followed by at least 6
months of aging in bottle. |
