Score: ✧✧✧ |
Soave Classico San Michele shows an intense greenish yellow color and
nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense,
clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of apple, plum and hawthorn
followed by aromas of peach, pear and almond. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with
flavors of apple, plum and almond. Soave Classico San Michele ages in steel
tanks. |
