Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
This Valdobbiadene Superiore shows an intense greenish yellow color and
nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.
The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start
with hints of apple, wistaria and pear followed by aromas of hawthorn,
pineapple, mineral, peach, plum and citrus fruits. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is
persistent with flavors of apple, pear and plum. Prosecco di Valdobbiadene
