Roero Arneis 2012
Roero (Piedmont)
This Roero Arneis shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing
aromas which start with hints of apple, peach and hawthorn followed by
aromas of broom, hazelnut and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to
the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and
pear. Thish Roero Arneis ages for 6 months in steel tanks. |
