Score: ✧✧✧✧✧ |
The wine shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, little
transparency. The nose denotes good personality with intense, clean,
pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of plum, dried
violet and black cherry followed by good and intense aromas of blueberry,
licorice, tobacco, vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa, menthol and pleasing hints of
leather, nutmeg and pink pepper. In the mouth has very good correspondence to the nose,
a slightly tannic attack and however well balanced by alcohol, full body,
intense, flavors, elegant tannins. The finish is very persistent with long
and clean flavors of black cherry, plum and blueberry. A very well made
wine. Camartina ages in barrique for 20 months followed by another aging
in bottle.
