Brilliant greenish yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of peach, pear and banana followed by aromas of gooseberry, apple, citrus fruits, plum, broom, acacia, nettle, elder, mineral and hints of vanilla. Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of apple, peach and banana. 6 months in barrique, 4 months in bottle.
