Pale cherry pink and nuances of cherry pink, transparent, fine and persistent perlage.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of cherry, raspberry and tangerine followed by aromas of dog rose, cyclamen, bread crust, strawberry, arbutus berry, kiwi, pink grapefruit, apple, plum, hazelnut and mineral.

Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of raspberry, cherry and tangerine.

Refermented in bottle and aged on its lees for at least 36 months.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Pasta with fish, Sauteed white meat, Stewed fish with mushrooms, Vegetable flans, Dairy products
