This grappa shows an intense golden yellow color, crystalline. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas of black cherry, plum, vanilla, honey, hazelnut and date, with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency. In the mouth has intense flavors, perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, good correspondence to the nose, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, honey and hazelnut. This grappa is distilled with steam operated discontinuous alembic still. Alcohol 42%

This grappa is colorless and crystalline. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas of cherry, plum, violet, hazelnut and licorice, with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency. In the mouth has intense flavors, with perceptible alcohol pungency and which tends to dissolve rapidly, good correspondence to the nose, balanced sweetness, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, plum and hazelnut. A grappa made with a discontinuous alembic still operating at low pressure. Alcohol 42%

This grappa shows a pale straw yellow color, crystalline. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas of licorice, honey, vanilla, plum, violet, hazelnut, black cherry and chocolate, with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency. In the mouth has intense flavors, with perceptible alcohol pungency and which tends to dissolve rapidly, good correspondence to the nose, balanced sweetness, pleasing smoothness. The finish is persistent with flavors of honey, hazelnut, plum and licorice. A well made grappa produced with discontinuous distillation at very low steam pressure. It ages for more than 24 months in cask. Alcohol 42%
