Colorless, limpid and crystalline.
Intense, clean, pleasing and refined with aromas of rose, violet, black cherry, blackberry, hazelnut, plum and carob with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness.
Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, blackberry and rose.
Distilled in a steam alembic still.
