Sicily The grappa is colorless, limpid and crystalline. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas of plum, black cherry, licorice, hazelnut and blackberry, with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency. In the mouth has intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, balanced sweet hint. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum and blackberry. This grappa is produced with a discontinuous steam operated alembic still.
