Alto Adige Lagrein Dunkel Tschidererhof 2003
Kössler (Italy)
Alto Adige (Alto Adige)
The wine shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, little
transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas
that start with hints of black cherry and plum followed by aromas of
blueberry, black currant, licorice, carob and hints of vanilla. In the
mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and
pleasing smoothness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense
flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of black
cherry and plum. This Lagrein ferments in cask.
