This sparkling wine shows a brilliant salmon pink color and nuances of salmon pink, transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of strawberry and raspberry followed by aromas of cyclamen, cherry, bread crust and yeast. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly sweet and effervescent attack, pleasing crispness, however balanced, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of raspberry, cherry and strawberry. This classic method sparkling wine ages on its lees in bottle for at least 24 months.
