The wine shows brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals intense and pleasing aromas such as black cherry, plum, violet and carob followed by good aromas of bell pepper and nougat. In mouth has good correspondence to the nose, good body and balance, very agreeable and intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry and plum. This wine is fermented in steel tanks and is aged in bottle for at least 90 days.
