(Latium) Antinoo shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of banana, apple and plum followed by aromas of hazelnut, vanilla, mineral, hawthorn, pear and grapefruit. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, apple and plum. Antinoo ages in barrique for 8 months followed by 12 months of aging in bottle.

Alcohol: 13.5%
