Alto Adige Sauvignon Stern 2006
Alto Adige (Alto Adige)
Sauvignon Blanc
|
White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
Alto Adige Sauvignon Stern shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas that start with hints of gooseberry, peach and elder followed by
aromas of bell pepper, lemon, pineapple and apple. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good
body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of
peach, gooseberry and lemon. This Sauvignon Blanc ages in steel tanks.
