Score: ✧✧✧ |
Cuvée Angelo Tallarini Brut shows a brilliant straw yellow color and
nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, good perlage. The nose denotes
intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of banana, praline
and yeast followed by aromas of bread crust, apple, pear and grapefruit.
The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp
attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish
is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and grapefruit. Cuvée Angelo
Tallarini Brut is made with the classic method and referments in bottle on
its lees for at least 24 months. |
