The wine shows a gold yellow color and nuances of gold yellow, very transparent. The nose has intense, clean and pleasing aromas of ripe banana, hawthorn, almond, apple, honey and pear as well as pleasing hints of vanilla. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a round attack however balanced, intense flavors and good body. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and honey. Vigna Novali is partially fermented in barrique and ages for 10 months in cellar and for 16 months in bottle.
