Franciacorta Satèn shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent
perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which
start with hints of pear, banana and yeast followed by aromas of butter,
bread crust, apple and croissant. The mouth has good correspondence to the
nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good
body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana,
pear and apple. A small part of the base wine ages in barrique. Franciacorta Satèn referments in bottle for at least 48 months. |
