A Nutturna shows a pale golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, hazelnut and plum followed by aromas of toasted wood, pear, citrus fruits, grapefruit and mineral. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and citrus fruits. A Nutturna ferments in barrique and ages for about one year in cask.
