(Apulia) Alterium Rosato Bombino Nero shows a pale salmon pink color and nuances of cherry pink, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of raspberry, strawberry and cherry followed by aromas of cyclamen and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of raspberry and cherry. Alterium Rosato Bombino Nero ages in steel tanks.
