(Apulia) Alticelli Fiano shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of pear, apple and peach followed by aromas of hawthorn, broom and pineapple. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and peach. Alticelli Fiano ages for 4 months in steel tanks.

Bella acidità che si distende in bocca con un'espressione di frutto netta e senza segreti. Ho apprezzato l'equilibrio fra acidità e alcol che restituisce un bel vino beverino e invitante. In bocca ci ritrovi tutta la freschezza del naso, che restituisce netta la pera e la pesca. Interessante anche il finale che non delude e conserva uno sviluppo fermo e senza cedimenti.
