(Vallée d'Aoste) The wine shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas of black cherry, cherry, strawberry, raspberry and blueberry. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, very balanced, good tannins, good body and intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of raspberry and black cherry. This Petit Rouge ages for 5-6 months in steel tanks and for one month in bottle.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Sauteed meat with mushrooms, Pasta with mushrooms, Cold cuts
