La Stipula Extra Brut Metodo Classico shows an intense straw yellow and
nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The
nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which
start with hints of apple, bread crust and hawthorn followed by aromas of
citrus fruits, yeast, honey, pear, hawthorn, vanilla, hazelnut and praline.
The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp
attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing
roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and
hazelnut. La Stipula Extra Brut Metodo Classico referments in bottle on its
lees for 18 months. |
