Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of banana, apple and pear followed by aromas of plum, vanilla, acacia, hawthorn, praline, broom, butter, citrus fruits, hazelnut and mineral.
Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.
Persistent finish with flavors of banana, plum and apple.
Fermentation and aging in barrique for 6 months, 8 months in bottle.
