The wine shows a brilliant amber yellow color and nuances of amber yellow,
very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas
which start with hints of dried fig and caramel followed by aromas of
candied fruit, apricot jam, quince jam, peach jam, vanilla and hints of
enamel. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and
slightly crisp attack however well balances, good sweetness, agreeable.
The finish is persistent with flavors of dried fig, apricot jam and peach
jam. This wine ferments for 2 months in barrique followed by 12 months of
aging in barrique and at least 4 months in bottle.
