Pale straw yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of apple, pear and plum followed by aromas of lemon, pineapple, broom, peach, hawthorn, chamomile, lesser calamint and mineral.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, pear and lemon.

A small part of this wine ages for 5 months in barrique.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Fried fish, Pasta with fish, Stewed fish, Stewed crustaceans, Sauteed white meat
