Brilliant ruby red and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, raspberry and rose followed by aromas of violet, plum, strawberry, pomegranate, blueberry and vanilla.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum.

6 months in cask and cement tank.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Pasta with meat and mushrooms, Stewed meat with mushrooms, Roasted meat
