Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
La Stipula Brut Metodo Classico shows a brilliant straw yellow color and
nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.
The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start
with hints of apple, plum and hawthorn followed by aromas of bread crust,
hazelnut, broom, citrus fruits, pear, yeast and vanilla. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is
persistent with flavors of apple, plum and hazelnut. The base wine of La
Stipula Brut Metodo Classico ferments and ages in barrique for 2 months.
This sparkling wine referments in bottle for 13 months. |
