Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
La Stipula Brut Metodo Classico shows an intense straw yellow color and
nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The
nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with
hints of apple, plum and bread crust followed by aromas of pear, yeast,
hawthorn, vanilla, citrus fruits and hazelnut. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The
finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and hazelnut. La Stipula
Brut Metodo Classico referments in bottle on its lees for 18 months. |
