Lungarotti Brut Metodo Classico 2005
(Umbria)
Chardonnay (50%), Pinot Nero (50%)
|
Sparkling Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
Lungarotti Brut Metodo Classico shows an intense greenish yellow color and
nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.
The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start
with hints of banana, plum and bread crust followed by aromas of apple,
pear, praline, yeast and grapefruit. The mouth has good correspondence to
the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent
with flavors of banana, plum and apple. Lungarotti Brut Metodo Classico
referments in bottle for 36 months. |
