Lungarotti Brut Metodo Classico 2010
(Umbria)
Chardonnay (50%), Pinot Nero (50%)

Sparkling Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
Lungarotti Brut Metodo Classico shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and
nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage.
The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start
with hints of banana, plum and bread crust followed by aromas of apple,
pear, yeast, praline and grapefruit. The mouth has good correspondence to
the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with
flavors of banana, apple and plum. Lungarotti Brut Metodo Classico
referments in bottle on its lees for 36 months. |
