 Pale straw yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent.
 Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of gooseberry, peach and elder flower followed by aromas of broom, box flower, passion fruit, nettle, apple, pineapple, citron, pear, grapefruit, green bell pepper, sage and mineral.
 Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.
 Persistent finish with flavors of gooseberry, peach and passion fruit.
 8 months in steel tanks, at least 5 months in bottle.
