White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
Roncha shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very
transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas
which start with hints of pear, peach and nettle followed by aromas of
apple, almond, pineapple, broom and plum. The mouth has good correspondence
to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear,
peach and pineapple. The Pinot Grigio used in this wine ages in part in
cask, whereas the remaining grapes age in steel tanks. |
