Pale ruby red and nuances of cherry pink, moderate transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of grape, strawberry and rose followed by aromas of raspberry, peach, plum, cherry and cyclamen.

Crisp attack and slightly astringent, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of strawberry, raspberry and cherry.

8 months in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Pasta with mushrooms, Sauteed fish, Vegetable flans, Stewed crustaceans
