Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, raspberry and cyclamen followed by aromas of rose, strawberry, tangerine, apple, peach, plum and blackberry.

Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, raspberry and tangerine.

Produced with the Martinotti method.

The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of peach, pineapple and apple followed by aromas of nettle, hawthorn and pear. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, light body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, pineapple and apple. Colli di Parma Sauvignon Otello ferments in tanks for about 2 months.

Effervescent and crisp attack, properly tannic, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing hint of sweetness.
