Intense golden yellow and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, plum and hazelnut followed by aromas of citrus fruit peel, hawthorn, pear, melon, rosemary, dill and honey.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and hazelnut.

6 months in barrique.


Alcohol: 15%

Pasta with fish, Broiled fish, Roasted white meat, Mushroom soups

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of plum, black cherry and dried violet followed by aromas of black currant, cocoa, cinnamon, mace, graphite, vanilla and menthol.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of plum, black cherry and blueberry.

18 months in barrique.

Broiled meat and barbecue, Roasted meat, Stewed meat with mushrooms, Hard cheese

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of black cherry, plum and red orange followed by aromas of violet, pomegranate, blueberry, carob, tobacco, rosemary, graphite, flint, vanilla and menthol.

Slightly tannic attack and pleasing crispness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, plum and red orange.

Aged in barrique.

Effervescent attack with a pleasing sweetness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, strawberry and apple.

Produced with the Charmat method.
