Intense ruby red and nuances of garnet red, little transparency. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of plum, black cherry and dried violet followed by aromas of blueberry, carob, black pepper, mace, licorice, tobacco, vanilla and menthol. Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of plum, black cherry and blueberry. 24 months in cask and barrique.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. Persistent finish with flavors of plum, blackberry and black cherry. 30 months in barrique.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of apple, peach and pear. Aged in steel tanks.
