Fortified Wine
Intense amber yellow and nuances of amber yellow, moderate transparency.
Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of artemisia, gentian, cinchona and nutmeg followed by aromas of chamomile, citrus fruit peel, ginger, coriander, cinnamon, sage and cardamom.
Sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.
Persistent finish with flavors of artemisia, cinchona and gentian.
Wine aromatized with essences.
Aperitifs, Dried fruits, Jam tarts, Hard cheese
