Brilliant straw yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, pear and plum followed by aromas of hawthorn, medlar, grapefruit, pineapple and almond. Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of apple, pear and plum. Aged in steel tanks.

Brilliant straw yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, plum and bread crust followed by aromas of hawthorn, linden, citron, pear, grapefruit, medlar and almond. Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and citron. Refermented in bottle and aged on its lees for 36 months.
