Bocca di Rosa shows a brilliant salmon pink color and nuances of cherry pink, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of cherry, blackberry and plum followed by aromas of raspberry, cyclamen and strawberry. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, blackberry and plum. Bocca di Rosa ages for 3 months in steel tanks.
