Score: ✧✧✧ |
Bocca di Rosa shows a brilliant onion skin pink color and nuances of pale
pink, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that
start with hints of cherry, raspberry and blackberry followed by aromas of
blueberry, cyclamen and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the
nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense
flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry,
blackberry and raspberry. Bocca di Rosa ages in steel tanks for 3 months
followed by 3 months of aging in bottle. |
