L'Autentica shows a brilliant amber yellow color and nuances of amber
yellow, transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and
elegant aromas which start with hints of raisin, dried apricot and dried
fig followed by aromas of candied fruits, quince jam, peach jam, date,
vanilla, citrus fruit peel, honey, almond, lavender, litchi and nail
polish. The mouth has excellent correspondence to the nose, a sweet and
round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors,
pleasing roundness. The finish is very persistent with long flavors of
raisin, dried apricot, dried fig and honey. L'Autentica ages for 14 months
in barrique. |
