Intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas, starts with hints of citrus fruit, pear and pineapple followed by aromas of apple, hawthorn, peach, plum and chamomile. Good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. Persistent finish with flavors of pear, apple and plum. Part of Pinot Grigio Valparadiso ages in cask.
