Cavalcaonte 2003

The wine shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, little
transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas
which start with hints of black cherry, blackberry and plum followed by
aromas of blueberry, violet and raspberry. In the mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however well
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good tannins, agreeable.
The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, blueberry and black cherry.
Cavalcaonte ages in steel tanks.
