La Raccolta shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas that start with hints of plum, pear and peach followed by
aromas of citrus fruits, apple, hawthorn, banana, acacia, broom and
pineapple. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack
and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.
The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, peach and pineapple. La
Raccolta ferments and ages in cask for 5 months followed by 5 months of
aging in bottle. |
