Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
La Stipula Brut Rosé Metodo Classico shows a pale salmon pink color and
nuances of onion skin pink, transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The
nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with
hints of cherry, raspberry and plum followed by aromas of strawberry, bread
crust, yeast, blackberry and vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to
the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with
flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum. The base wine used for La Stipula
Brut Rosé Metodo Classico ages for about 6 months in barrique. This
sparkling wine referments in bottle for 12 months. |
